The field splits into two almost-separate worlds: biophysics with a measurable dose, target, and mechanism (PEMF, photobiomodulation, HBOT, electrostimulation, nVNS, xenon, methylene blue) — and “information / resonance / subtle-energy” medicine, where the words substitute for a coupling model. The value of this atlas is the gradient between them, and a discipline carried on every page: keep the real instrument and measurement; set aside only the unproven interpretation.
Three tiers, three different meanings. “No evidence yet” is not “evidence of no effect” — the middle tier is a frontier, not a waste bin.
