A graded component library for integrated devices and environments — the modalities that can be delivered inside an engineered enclosure, dosed and measured, graded one claim at a time, neither credulous nor dismissive. Each modality is mapped on independent axes: mechanism family, evidence grade (A–F), epistemic tier, and its route, invasiveness and direction (what is delivered, or what load is removed) — kept separate on purpose.
The field splits into two almost-separate worlds: biophysics with a measurable dose, target, and mechanism (PEMF, photobiomodulation, HBOT, electrostimulation, nVNS, xenon, methylene blue) — and “information / resonance / subtle-energy” medicine, where the words substitute for a coupling model. The value of this atlas is the gradient between them, and a discipline carried on every page: keep the real instrument and measurement; set aside only the unproven interpretation.
Three tiers, and they track one thing: what the evidence record shows — studied and reproduced, open/under-study, or tested-and-not-confirmed. “No evidence yet” is not “evidence of no effect”; the middle tier is a frontier, not a waste bin. Physical implausibility is kept off the tier and carried on a separate contradicts-established-science badge that can sit at any tier — so a device can be untested (and therefore not refuted) yet still flagged where its mechanism contradicts physics.
